Shipping conditions

1. Shipping partner & processing
All orders are manufactured individually upon receipt and shipped directly from one of our international production centers.
This on-demand process ensures that every product is freshly produced and we avoid overproduction – good for you and good for the environment.
2. Production & shipping times
- Production time: Usually 2-5 business days after receipt of order.
- Shipping time: Depending on the destination country:
Germany & Austria: approx. 3–7 working days
EU (except DE/AT): approx. 5–10 working days
International: approx. 7–20 working days
Please note: Production and shipping time together make up the total delivery time .
3. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.
- For orders over 80€ we ship free of charge .
4. Partial deliveries
Since we work with multiple production sites, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will not incur any additional costs.
5. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation.
6. Delivery delays
We strive for fast delivery.
Please note, however, that delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseeable events (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
📌 Note: Since your products are custom-made, production will only begin after payment has been received. Returns due to incorrect size or dissatisfaction are limited (see Returns ).
